1.

Conditions.

This Junk Certificate of Registry with Licence shall be

used in respect of the said Junk as long as the Junk is in

existence and is to be renewed annually.

2.

In cases this Certificate of Registry or Licence shall be

used in respect of another vessel than the said Junk in respect of

which it is granted, the sane shall become void, and the owner,

shall on conviction before a Magistrate be liable to a penalty not

exceeding three hundred dollars.

3.

This Certificate of Registry shall be produced to the

Harbour Master or his representatives on demand, in default whereof

the same shall become void, and the Owner, his Executors, Administra-

«tors, or Assigns shall on conviction before a Magistrate be liable

to a penalty not exceeding one hundred dollars.
